Collective Agreements

A collective agreement is a written contract between an employer and a union that outlines many of the terms and conditions of employment for employees in a bargaining unit. The university currently has five collective agreements with three different unions.

The following section contains collective agreements negotiated between Ontario Tech and the unions representing employees who belong to a specific bargaining unit.

The following section contains reports outlined in collective agreements that are internally available to its members.
